RUSSIAN PIPING TIPS ! Buttercream Icing Recipe for Cakes & Cupcakes
#Buttercream #Recipe:
250g Softened Unsalted Butter (at room temperature)
500g Powdered Sugar (Sifted)
1 Tablespoon Whipping Cream
Vanilla extract (optional)

Beat the butter at medium-high speed untill it has become light and fluffy (for about 5 minutes). Gradually beat in the powdered sugar untill fully incorporated. Add the whipping cream and mix. You can add vanilla if you want.
It keeps refrigerated for upto 3 weeks. Before use make sure it comes to room temperature.
